UK Orders

NEXT DAY CUT OF 3PM - cut of time is 3pm for next day delivery.

PERSONALISED ORDERS: All personalised orders take a maximum 3-4 weeks delivery time. It may arrive earlier but this is the maximum wait time. All personalised orders are sent via a tracked service so we hope to send your order in less than 4 weeks.

TRACKING - All our services are tracked. We do not use standard services/economy services for peace of mind and so you can track and locate your parcel at every stage of the journey.

International Orders

There may be a short delay in getting your order once it hits the destination country. The delay is usually down to the country's local post rather than the delivery speed time from the UK.

CUSTOMS EU/USA/Rest of world; A duty/custom fee will be due on parcels via an international order. Depending on the value of your order you may/may not be charged a custom fee. Unfortunately, QADR does not cover this fee and this may have to be paid to release the parcel. Please contact your local custom office to find out about custom fees.
